- Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension from classes until payment is completed.
Refund and Batch Change Policy
- A non-refundable amount of 15% of the total course fee applies in all cases.
- Students who withdraw before the course commencement may receive a refund after deducting the non-refundable amount.
- No refund will be issued once classes have started or if the student discontinues the course for any reason.
- Students may request a batch transfer subject to availability and applicable charges decided by the institute.
Modifications to These Terms
Brilliant Computer Education reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on the official website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the Institute Services after changes are published indicates acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
General
- Brilliant Computer Education may change course schedules, trainers, class timings, venues, or batch details without prior notice.
- Management decisions regarding admissions, scheduling, and course administration shall be final.
- Students are responsible for their personal belongings such as mobile phones, laptops, bags, and other valuables. The institute will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
- Brilliant Computer Education reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course or batch due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students may choose either rescheduling or a refund of the paid fees.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline and contribute to a respectful and positive learning environment.
Students must:
- behave respectfully toward trainers, mentors, staff, and fellow students;
- avoid disruptive behavior during classes or institute activities;
- keep mobile phones in silent mode during sessions;
- avoid offensive language, abusive remarks, or inappropriate behavior;
- not damage institute property, equipment, or facilities;
- not attend classes under the influence of alcohol, smoking, or any prohibited substances.
The institute management reserves the right to remove or suspend any student involved in misconduct. No fee refund will be provided in such situations.
Copyright
All logos, course materials, training content, videos, recordings, animations, illustrations, software, graphics, text, and related educational resources provided by Brilliant Computer Education are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
Students or users may not:

any institute content without prior written permission from Brilliant Computer Education.
